AMAZON INCORRECT DESTINATION
NOTE: THIS WILL COVER THE ISSUES OF THE INCORRECT DESTINATION. THE FILE WILL COME IN VIA EMAIL AS BELOW. CHECK THE SHARE DRIVE FOR THE DESTINATIONS AND IF NOT IN THE LIST CONTACT daysi.cisneros@munchkin.com ASKING FOR THE INFORMATION. ADD ANY NEW LOCATIONS TO THE SHARE DRIVE IN THE EXCEL.
1. SEARCH THE ASN NUMBER ONLY SINCE THE FILE MAY BE THE SAME NAME FOR MANY ASNS. E.G. 2731754
2. Go to Transactions - Find, GO TO TRANSACTIONS and put in the ASN ID IN DOCUMENT ID 2 FIELD WITH ASTERISK IN FRONT OF IT. Click Submit.
3. Click on the Sunglass icon and Click on download when the file opens up.
4. Save As to Errors folder (pinned on left side) and place a "-mod" in the filename. Nore: If there are multiple ASNs with same filename, then make it -mod2, -mod3, etc.
5. Open the file in Notepad++.
5a. Modify the BSN01 to "05"
5b. Modify the N104 for the N101=ST to the new location number.
Save the file!
For example, the message says this has a destination of GYR2 but needs to be SCK4. Get the Ship To Location code and paste/change the N104 for the Ship To.
It was changed to the new value.
6. Copy file to the testinbound folder that is pinned on left side.
7. Go to Server - Services and click on the Green Play button to send file.
8. Check the Operations Menu to be sure it is sent.
9. Move the email to the Compliance\Amazon\Incorrect Destination folder.
