Enable SilverLight on IE 11
Open Internet Explorer and click gear icon on the top right.

Click Manage add-ons

On the Manage Add-ons window under Show click All add-ons

Under Microsoft Corporation add-ons find and click Microsoft Silverlight. Click Enable and Close the window

If enable button is greyed out follow the steps below.
Open Local Group Policy Editor, go to Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Internet Explorer/Security Features/Add-on Management and double Click "Deny all add-ons unless specifically allowed in the Add-on List"

Click Disable and click Okay

restart the computer and follow the instructions from the beginning.
