ProofPoint Whitelisting

Follow the Following steps to release and/or whitelist an E-Mail in ProofPoint

Login to Proofpoint.
1. Go to the Following Address https://us1.proofpointessentials.com/app/login.php
2. Input you Munchkin Email

Click Sign in With Microsoft

Release E-Mail from Proofpoint
1. Input Search Parameters for the Email you are looking for

Select Email you wish to release

Select Action to Apply (Release and Approve in this case)

Click Apply

Whitelist Email to automatically Release Emails in Quarantine
1. In Proofpoint Click Allow/Block Sender List

Add E-Mail Address to the Safe Sender List and Click Save
