In the Exchange admin center, search the distribution list that you want to setup.
Prompted the box and select "Settings"
Click " Manage more settings in the Exchange admin center "
Select group delegation.
Add users into "Send As" box.
All Done! The sender address using Distrubution Email will NOT showing "username on behald of xxx"
