Unlocking Account/Password Reset (Okta)
If you are having issues logging in your computer(i.e. forgot password or locked account), you can use any device (mobile, laptop or desktop) to access the Munchkin Okta sign in page (https://munchkin.okta.com). Click on the Need help signing in link.
Select either link to Reset Password or Unlock Account
Upon selecting either Reset Password or Unlock Account, you will be presented to enter your email address and select to send authentication code via SMS or email.
When selecting email, check your email and click on the Reset Password or Unlock Account link in the email to continue with the account reset process.
When resetting passwords, please follow the password requirements in creating new password, click Reset Password
