Part One - Deleting Windows Cache
1.Type %temp% and select folder “Temp”

2. Highlight all files in Temp folder and delete all of them.

3. If some folder in use as follow screen, please click “Skip” and checked “Do this for all current items”

Part Two – Deleting Browsing Cache (IE; Chrome & Firefox)
Internet Explorer
1. Open Internet Explorer, Click “Gear icon” à “Internet Option”
2.Under General Tab, click “Delete” icon

3. Checked in Red, then delete it.

Chrome
1. In Chrome browser, Please go to “Setting” as below screen

2. Click “Advance”

3. In “Privacy and Security”, Please select “Clear browsing Data”

4. Select the clear option as below screen, then click “Clear Browsing Data”

Firefox
1. In Firefox browser, please go to “Options” as below screen

2.Go to “Privacy”

3. Go to “Clear your recent history” and select “Everything” in Time range to Clear. Finally, checked the option in Red, then clear.

Part Three – Deleting Java cache
1. Open Control Panel, then select “Java (32-bit)”.

2. Under the General tab, click Settings under the Temporary Internet Files section.
The Temporary Files Settings dialog box appears.

3. Click Delete Files on the Temporary Files Settings dialog. The Delete Files and Applications dialog box appears.

Click OK on the Delete Files and Applications dialog. This deletes all the Downloaded Applications and Applets from the cache.
Clear Oracle Java cache on Mac
- Click on Apple icon at the top
- Click the System Preferences icon to open
- Click on Java icon located under the Other section to open Java Control Panel
- In Java Control Panel click on Settings under Temporary Internet Files
- Click on the Delete Files button on Temporary Internet Files window
- This will open the Delete Files and Applications window, click OK to confirm delete
